Taxi Experience in Cassablanca

I was traveling by taxi somewhere in Moroco. It is my first trip to a country I believe I didn't know how it will be looks like since I choose this country rather than Italy for my last year in Europe two years ago. I was thinking that everything will be a simple things, like my usual trip for being a solo traveler in Europe. Even thought riding taxi is my last choice, of course I thinking of the unbelievable charge they usually gave for a tourist. But I don't has any idea to get my saving time on limit in that day.

The man who sitting in front of me, as a taxi driver, asked about my direction. But poor me for being a stupid girl who didn't understand what he talked about. He used an Barbar language, a national language in that country I thought. It's heard like an Arabic, but it's not. So I tried to used my basic Arabic words that I ever learned when I was in junior high school.

"Azhabu ilaa Hasan Tsani, ya Shodiqi". That man was laughing on me.
"Indonesian?" He asked me for make it clear. Maybe he's knew about my accent and from my Asian face. I breath deeply for a while. Oh God, this man didn't knew my language either. I thought that was a same Arabic. but I'm totally wrong ! Between Barbar and Arabic is looking the same from the cover, but the words and meaning is absolutely not.

"Ya, I'm from Indonesia. Would you drive me to Hasan Tsani Mosque, sir?" Now I tried to used English. I sat in the backseat of his taxi already. I must got my destination. But the man is shook his head. "No english, no English please".

My brain worked, I don't want to lost my target in this city. So, I said a keyword of the sentence.
"Hasan Tsani, Hasan Tsani"
I thought the man is knew about what I mean.
He pull the gas and bring me on the road. Now I just hoping that he will bring me to the right direction.
10 minute left, finally I safely arrived in front of the beautiful mosque in Cassablanca. And what a surprising me? I just need to pay a cheep charge for the taxi. 3 Moroccon dirham. Alhamdulillah... :)

Now, welcome to Hasan Tsani everyone...
